Record Every Episode in a Series
TV Series Recording When you register your favourite TV programs using the ‘Series Recording’ function, every episode in the series will automatically be recorded and stored each time they are broadcast. This great feature makes sure you’ll never miss your favourite shows and lets you watch your programs at your own leisure.

Unlock Your Stored Content
External HDD playback through USB - compatible with NTFS format external hard disk drives, so you can enjoy music (WMA, DSD, FLAC, MP3), photos (JPEG, MPO) and camcorder video content (MP4) archived on an external HDD.

* External HDD with capacities of 4TB or less in processing NTFS/ FAT32 data is supported. Playback is not possible with some external hard disk drives.
Triple 1-sec Easy Operation
Improved processing speeds means that even traditionally slow operations like calling up the electronic program guide (EPG) and direct navigator or opening the disc tray now happen almost instantly.
Shipment Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email or telephone if significant delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post and Sendle for deliveries. Our shipping rates are:

Shipment to P.O. Boxes
TechGuru ships to all addresses within Australia, including P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship internationally. We also do not ship to restricted or remote areas that are not serviced by Australia Post or Sendle.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Australian regulations. TechGuru is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes applied after shipment.
Damages & Lost Shipments
TechGuru is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping fees.
10% restock charges applies for customer cancellation.
