  • Same Day Sydney Metro $20

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM in Sydney Metro

    • Next-day courier delivery within metro regions of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

    • 3-5 business days for interstate orders.

    • 1-3 business days for deliveries within New South Wales (NSW).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

TechGuru ships to all addresses within Australia, including P.O. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship internationally. We also do not ship to restricted or remote areas that are not serviced by Australia Post or Sendle.

Damages & Lost Shipments

TechGuru is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping fees.
